If you exceed the maximum allotted time or distance during a trip, standard CityBee per-minute and per-kilometer rates will apply according to the pay-as-you-go pricing for the selected car model. Immediately after your trip, you will receive an invoice via email detailing the additional charges for extra kilometers and/or minutes. This amount will be charged to the payment card linked to your CityBee account.
If, for any reason, the additional charges cannot be deducted from your payment card and a debt is incurred, you will not be able to start a new trip until the outstanding balance is settled.
You really won’t have to worry: if the need arises, the CityBee team will contact you and take care of everything. In case you have any problems, you can always call and we will help you immediately!

If you had to pay for parking yourself, keep the receipt so we can reimburse you. To request a refund, follow this process.
CityBee subscription plan is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unused trips do not carry over to a new plan.
The CityBee subscription is a monthly trip plan that allows you to travel much more affordably than with the pay-as-you-go pricing and offers exclusive benefits for subscribers. When you purchase a subscription plan for a fixed price, you’ll receive a set number of trips. Each trip includes a predetermined number of kilometers and minutes, as well as the trip start fee and minimum trip cost. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to use your trips.
Regardless of the number of trips, the CityBee monthly subscription plan also includes the following benefits:
free parking in the CityBee yellow zone;
‘BeeChill’ fee included in the price.
‘CityBee’ cars can be used to travel within the European Union (or where ‘CityBee’ car insurance is valid). However, you need to get our prior permission first.

Before deciding whether to allow to transport ‘CityBee’ car outside of LT, LV or EE, we will assess our technical and organizational capabilities and your history of using ‘CityBee’ services.
Please note that you can drive to any Baltic country (LT, LV, EE) without the permission and leave the car in one of these countries (in a zone marked in the ‘CityBee’ app) without any additional fees.
The CityBee subscription is a test service. We are constantly looking for new ways to help our customers travel more affordably and conveniently. In planning the CityBee subscription, we considered the needs of our most active customers and decided to offer plans for the most common types of city trips, allowing customers to enjoy cost-effective travel without worrying about time. We will periodically evaluate the service’s activity and improve it as needed. All customer feedback and expectations are highly appreciated. CityBee reserves the right to change the terms of the CityBee subscription at any time.
Children must be carried in kids’ chairs. CityBee cars have kids’ chairs (you can see whether there is a chair in a selected car by clicking on the car icon on the map or using a filter and selecting the criteria “Cars with kids’ chairs”). Chairs are for older children, i.e. this is a raised seat without a backrest.
Road traffic rules warn that children under the age of 12 and not higher than 150 cm are allowed to sit in the front seat only in special seats adapted to their weight and height.
For safety reasons, CityBee cars only provide a group 2/3 booster cushion for children from 22-36 kg, aged 6 to 12 years, following the law.
