The app provides the opportunity to communicate personally with passengers or the driver:
If you are a driver – in the „Chats“ section you will be able to see all the passengers whose reservations you have already confirmed, and in this way you will be able to contact them directly;
If you are a passenger – in the „Chats“ section you will be able to see the driver who accepted your request and you will be able contact the driver.
The possibility of chatting for passengers occurs not only after submitting a reservation request, but also before it is submitted – in this way, the passenger can contact the driver and get any additional information about the trip.
If the traffic accident occurs not due to the fault of a CityBee customer, no additional fees or penalties will apply.
If the traffic accident occurs due to the CityBee driver, the following options are available:
1. If the damage done amounts to less than the maximum financial liability (€600), the driver who damaged the car will be issued an invoice based on the based on the damage that our company has experienced.
2. If the damage caused to the car is more than €600, the CityBee customer is subject to financial liability of €600.
The discount coupons are not exchangeable for money.
You won’t have to worry about anything. All you have to do is call us and report the problem so that our on-call team can take care of it.

Open the mobile CityBee app.
Click „Menu“ on the bottom bar.
Press „My wallet“.
Choose „Discount coupons“.
Click the „+“ sigh in the upper right corner.
Enter the coupon code you received and press „Add discount“.
You can submit your request for the exercise of your rights (as far as your Account is concerned) to us in the following ways:
submitting a request at e-mail email@example.com; firstname.lastname@example.org; email@example.com, from email that is registered in your CityBee account that you want to delete;
submitting a request by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org; email@example.com; firstname.lastname@example.org, signed with qualified e-signature (e.g. by use of Smart-ID or M-signature);
In the CityBee app, by selecting Menu -> My profile -> Delete my account.

Issued discount coupons are valid for 3 months from the date of issue. The exact date of validity of the discount coupon is indicated in “CityBee ON” section in CityBee application.
