At least one payment card must be linked to a CityBee account. You can link more than one payment card and choose from which card you will be billed for services before each trip. It is important that the card type is VISA or MasterCard and that the secure internet shopping function is activated.
How do I activate the secure internet shopping function?
1. SEB: Log in to your internet bank and look for “Accounts and Cards” -> “Card List” in the menu bar at the top. You’ll see all of your cards that can be registered with the secure internet shopping programme. Next to the desired card in the options below, click on “Online Billing” and click “Enable”.
2. Swedbank: Log in to your internet bank and look for “Cards” -> “Secure internet shopping” in the menu bar on the left. You’ll see all of your cards that can be registered with the secure internet shopping programme. Select the desired card next to the note “Online Billing” and click “Enable”.
3. Šiaulių Bankas: Log in to your Internet bank and in the menu on the left, select “Cards” -> “Secure payment” -> select the payment card for which you want to activate the secure internet shopping and click “Register” -> enter the requested data and confirm it by pressing the “Enter and Sign” button -> soon the status of the card will change to “Registered”.
4. Luminor bank: Log in to your Internet bank and in the menu, select the item “Payment cards” -> select the payment card for which you want to activate the secure internet shopping and in the opened window click “Secure shopping service settings” -> select the “Order service” button -> enter the requested data, which the bank will show you later during the purchase -> click “Order service”.
5. Citadele bank: No additional activation of the secure internet shopping is required.
All private CityBee clients (individuals) who have agreed to the CityBee Terms of Use and have used CityBee mobility services in the last three months are included in ON.
Clients who have added a company payment card to their accounts and receive invoices on behalf of the company, are also included in ON.
During promotions organized by the company, different amounts of discounts are applied. Promotions are published on the website and/or mobile app.
In order to terminate the contract, please send us a free form request. In the request specify that you would like to terminate the contract with CityBee.
Make sure to include your company name, the date of the request, as well as the name and surname of the signatory.
Request must be signed electronically and sent to b2b@citybee.lt.
You won’t have to worry about anything. All you have to do is call us and report the problem so that our on-call team can take care of it.

First, you have to apply for a business profile. You can do so by filling out the business application form. The form can be found here – LT, LV, EE. We promise to get back to you within 24 hours.
Once the contract is signed, we will provide you with access to the self-service center, which allows you to manage your employees, add or remove users, view travel reports, and monthly invoices.
To start using our services, you would first have to add a payment card to your company profile. This can be done using our self-service center. Payments can be made with the linked payment card or by topping up the CityBee virtual business wallet.
Then simply download the app, complete the registration process by adding your driver’s license, and you are good to go. Select the car you would like to rent and start using CityBee services.
In the beginning of the new month, we will send you an invoice that will include all of the previous month trips.
CityBee cars are new and in good technical condition. However, if your car does not start or breaks down (if you hear a strange sound, a red indicator lights on the dashboard or there are other signs of breakdown), please contact us by phone:

Our task is to provide the services you need as soon as possible and smoothly so that any breakdown on the road will cause the least inconvenience and you will be able to continue your trip as soon as possible. No matter where in the city you are, we will quickly make conditions to continue your trip and you will get a compensation.
Of course! Discount coupons are given to you after each trip, but you can use them any time while they are still valid. You can find all the issued discount coupons in your “CityBee ON” section. If you wish to collect the discount coupons – select “Collect” (you can find it in the CityBee application, by pressing “Menu” and selecting the “Citybee ON” section). Do not forget that every discount coupon is only valid for three months!
If you wish to use the collected discount coupons, select “Auto-apply”.
You can pick up the selected van only from the CityBee van areas, and you can complete the trip and leave the car in any permitted CityBee van area, in any city with a CityBee van area. So it is not necessary to return the car to the same parking lot you picked it up from.
During long-term reservation, without ending the trip, you can leave the van in CityBee green parking zones.
