At the moment we do not have any cars which would be 4 wheel drive.
CityBee wallet is a virtual payment method which can be used to pay for CityBee services. You can find your CityBee wallet in the app by clicking Menu -> Payments.
CityBee wallet cannot be topped up, but the balance will be used automatically.
With a CityBee subscription, you can drive any CityBee passenger car in Lithuania, except for cargo vehicles.
CityBee users do not need to purchase a Jūrmala entry pass.
The radar function in the CityBee app helps the user to be the first to know if any of the CityBee cars are nearby his location at a specific time chosen by the user.
The radar function icon can be found in the “Search” section of the app, to the left of the “Filter” icon. When you click on the icon and activate the radar, it will turn blue.
The minimum radar distance is 150 meters, the maximum – 1250 meters.
When activating the radar, you can choose between two options:
Notification without automatic reservation – when a CityBee car appears at the specified time and distance, the app will send a message to the user to inform them about it.
Automatic reservation – when a CityBee car appears at the specified time and distance, an automatic car reservation will be made by choosing the “Pay as you go” tariff. The tariff can be changed after car reservation. Car reservation remains free until the end of the free reservation period (15 min).
Additional information:
The radar function will be activated at the specified time and will remain active until you reserve your car. If the car is not available within 2 hours, the radar will switch off. The radar function detects only cars that are incoming in the current location of the user and chosen distance when the radar function is activated.
The BeeChill fee has your back by covering damages in the event of an accident where you’re at fault. Just remember, it’s essential to report the incident to us immediately.
However, there are certain situations where the BeeChill fee won’t cover the damages. These exceptions are outlined in our Terms of Service (section 7.17) and include cases such as:
Failing to report the incident to us;
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
Violating traffic regulations;
Engaging in intentional or grossly negligent actions.

You can change your email address in the mobile app.
Select Menu – My profile – E-mail address – Replace the previous e-mail address with a new one.
You will receive an email at the new address with a confirmation link. You will need to click it to confirm the new email address.
If you’d like to use the car-sharing service, you’ll need to confirm the validity of your driver’s license.
You can do this in just a few minutes by following the steps in the ‘CityBee’ app. Open the app, choose Add driver’s license and enter your driver license number.
We now offer several ways to confirm your license:
Smart-ID or Mobile-ID
Available for users whose driver’s license can be verified through these electronic identification methods.
Uploading photos
If you prefer pictures, you can complete the process by taking a few photos directly in the app. You’ll be asked to:
1) Take a selfie;
2) Take a selfie while holding your driver’s license;
3) Take a photo of the front side of the document.
Whichever method you choose, please make sure your document is valid and undamaged. When taking photos ensure good lighting and that document is removed from any cover or case so your document number, personal identification number, and personal photo can be clearly seen.
Note: We accept only photocard driver’s licenses.
