Yes, the company account administrator will have the right to see trip reports and invoices issued by employees who have been given the opportunity to use CityBee services.
The administrator appointed by the company will be able to monitor the travel reports after logging in to the self-service center and clicking on ,,Trips”. These reports can be downloaded in Excel format by choosing ,,Export.”

It is not possible to transfer collected discount coupons to another CityBee user. Also, you cannot transfer collected coupons to your other accounts, for example, your company account or your Latvian / Estonian CityBee account.

As this vehicle is intended for city use, it is not equipped with a high-mileage battery. Therefore, if you are planning to go outside the city, a speed limited at 90 km/h ensures that the car does not use too much energy while driving. This way, You will safely reach the nearest electric charging station.
If you are using your personal account, add a payment card and specify the details of the company. Click on Menu -> Virtual Wallet -> Payment Methods -> Create Work Profile.
Before the trip, select the company card with the attached details and start the reservation. In this case, you will make the trip on a personal account, and the invocice will be issued in the name of the company.
You can also apply for a Citybee company account. If you would like to do so, please complete the business application form here.
The invoice includes the actual paid amount, so the amount paid with discount coupons will not be reflected in the invoice. You will receive an invoice as usual – once every two weeks.
In addition to Tallinn city center and downtown parking zones you are allowed to park and end the trip in the following private parking areas which are in the CityBee zone:
Europark: You are allowed to park and end the trip in all open Europark parking lots (except parking houses and parking lots with gates) in Tallinn, which are included in CityBee zones.
Ühisteenused: You are allowed to park and end the trip in all open Ühisteenused parking lots (except parking houses and parking lots with gates) in Tallinn, which are included in CityBee zones.
When parking you are obligated to follow parking requirements and traffic rules. Client is responsible paying for parking in parking lots that are not listed above.
You are not allowed to park or end the trip in the areas of apartment associations and special permits, even if there is a green CityBee parking zone.
Parking fines issued during the reservation and/or after the reservation are disputed with the data of the person responsible for the company organizing the parking. If this is not possible, CityBee pays the parking fine and reissues the fine to the responsible person.
