General Terms and Conditions for business clients
CityBee general terms and conditions are described in the following document:
You can cancel a trip that you have created at any time before the start of the trip.
You can do this in the app, in the BeePool section, by selecting the trip you want to cancel and clicking “Cancel trip”.
Please note that the driver must personally contact all passengers whose reservations he has confirmed and adjust the conditions of the new trip.
Registration at CityBee is quick and easy. You don’t need to come anywhere – register with the mobile CityBee app and start using it! Registration will take just a few minutes.
We do not and cannot know your password. Your password is encrypted and we have neither the ability nor the right to check this information. To change the CityBee self-service password, click on “I forgot / want to change my password” on the website. The system will then ask you to provide your email address linked to your CityBee account, you will then be sent an email with instructions explaining how to change your password.

You can submit your request for the exercise of your rights (as far as your Account is concerned) to us in the following ways:
submitting a request at e-mail info@citybee.lt; info@citybee.lv; info@citybee.ee, from email that is registered in your CityBee account that you want to delete;
submitting a request by e-mail at info@citybee.lt; info@citybee.lv; info@citybee.ee, signed with qualified e-signature (e.g. by use of Smart-ID or M-signature);
In the CityBee app, by selecting Menu -> My profile -> Delete my account.

Signing up for CityBee is free. And no membership fees are applied.

The invoice includes the actual paid amount, so the amount paid with discount coupons will not be reflected in the invoice. You will receive an invoice as usual – once every two weeks.
