Yes, of course! You can use BeePool services both with CityBee vehicle and with your own car.
If you decide to use your car, make sure that it is without any technical issues and has all the necessary documents. During the trip, it is mandatory to have vehicle registration and technical inspection documents, vehicle owners’ compulsory civil liability insurance policy and other essential documents. Please note that CityBee does not check the documents of the vehicle. Passengers can ask the driver to show them at any time during the trip.
All private CityBee clients (individuals) who have agreed to the CityBee Terms of Use and have spent 90 EUR or more on CityBee mobility services in the last three months are included in ON.
Clients who have added a company payment card to their accounts and receive invoices on behalf of the company, are also included in ON.
During promotions organized by the company, different amounts of discounts are applied. Promotions are published on the website and/or mobile app.
You won’t have to worry about anything. All you have to do is call us and report the problem so that our on-call team can take care of it.

You should change your CityBee self-service password. You can do this on the website by clicking “I forgot / I want to change the password.” The system will then ask you to provide your email address linked to your CityBee account, you will then be sent an email with instructions explaining how to change your password.

Only the administrator appointed by the company has the right to add a payment card and see its data.
To add a payment card, follow these steps:
Log in to the CityBee self-service center.
Click → Payment card → Add payment card.
Enter the details and select -> Save card.
Currently, Cashback is only available in Latvia and Estonia. Also, Cashback is not transferable to another country. For example, after you completed a trip which was started in Latvia and received a cashback, you can use this Cashback only in Latvia.
The driver may ask fellow passengers to cover part of the travel expenses. Reimbursement of travel expenses is based on an agreement between the driver and fellow passengers.
