When using CityBee, you don’t have to pay for fuel yourself – you only pay for the time and kilometers you drive.
Refueling is easy!
Go to any of our partner Circle K gas stations. Open the CityBee app and start the refueling. Follow the simple instructions, fill up, and hit the road!
If the fuel is below 1/4 of the tank, you’ll receive a €2 discount for topping up.
Step by Step refueling guide
Check the Reservation map in the app to see nearby fuel stations. Tap a station for details and directions, then drive there.
When you arrive, tap the notification or open the CityBee app, go to Reservation, and select Refuel.
The app shows available pumps. Pick your pump, activate it, and wait for confirmation.
When it says, “Ready to fuel,” pick up the nozzle and start fueling. Return the nozzle when finished. The app will update the fueling status automatically.
If you decide not to refuel, you can cancel in two ways:
Manual cancel: Pick up the nozzle and immediately return it – the refueling is canceled.
Automatic cancel: If the nozzle is never picked up, the app will automatically cancel the refueling after 2 minutes of inactivity.
In rare cases, you may need to use the fuel card inside the car. This happens if the pump doesn’t work via the app or if you’re refueling outside the Baltic States. The CityBee app shows the PIN code and fuel type under your active reservation.
If you refuel at a station other than Circle K, we’ll refund the cost of the fuel. To request a refund, make sure to save the receipt and follow the process described here.
Please note that we cannot process receipts older than 3 months.
Bee Chill – we’ve got your back! If you happen to have an accident and accidentally damage the vehicle, don’t stress – we’ve got you covered. Just be sure to notify us right away, and we’ll take care of the rest.
The BeeChill is a financial responsibility fee is applied to all ‘Pay as You Go’ trips, and it’s already included in the price of trip packages or trips made with a subscription plan. You can see the fee in the app before you start your trip.
This fee is intended to cover any damage caused to the vehicle as a result of an accident for which you are responsible.
However, BeeChill does not apply in any of the cases listed in Section 7.17 of our Terms of Use. Below are some of the most common examples:
• if the accident is not reported;
• if the accident occurred while driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
• if the accident resulted from a serious violation of traffic regulations;
• or in any other cases specified in Section 7.17 of the Terms of Use.

All CityBee subscription plans are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If you do not use all the trips included in the plan within this period, the plan will not be automatically renewed, and no refunds will be given for unused trips.
CityBee users do not need to purchase a Jūrmala entry pass.
We offer prepaid trip packages that include fixed time with fixed kilometers.
By choosing prepaid packages, you will pay less than the usual fare with the same distance and time in the “pay as you go” option.
If you happen to exceed the kilometers and /or time included in the price of the package, you will be able to continue the journey safely.
After the prepaid package ends (mileage and time included are finished), you will be paying for additional minutes and/or kilometers as specified in the chosen package deal.
You can also continue your trip by purchasing one more additional prepaid package without completing the active reservation.
If you decide to end the trip before using the time and /or kilometers indicated on the prepaid package, this balance will not be refunded.
The price of the fixed prepaid package will be charged at the beginning of the trip and the price for the extra kilometers and/or time will be charged during or at the end of the journey, depending on the length of your trip.
A day mentioned in the trip packages is 24 hours.

Now you are able to customize the pre-paid packages yourself by selecting time and kilometers in the app. Choose the preferred duration of the package, then, select the number of kilometers you anticipate driving during that time. This way, you can tailor the pre-paid package to fit your specific needs and budget. Enjoy the flexibility and convenience of customizing your own package!
To subscribe to CityBee, open the CityBee app and go to the ‘Subscription’ section. Choose the plan that best suits you from the available options. The plan cost will be automatically charged to the payment card linked to your CityBee account. Once the payment is successful, you’ll receive a confirmation email. The purchased plan will be activated immediately and will be valid for 30 days.
If you experience a flat tire during your trip, don’t worry—we’re here to help! Here’s what you should do:
Pull over safely: First and foremost, make sure you stop the car in a safe location.
Contact us immediately: Let us know about the flat tire as soon as possible by reaching out through the CityBee app or our customer service. We’ll guide you on the next steps and assist with any necessary arrangements.
Don’t attempt repairs on your own: We’ll take care of everything, so there’s no need to replace the tire yourself. Just follow the instructions provided by our team.
The good news is that the BeeChill fee is designed to cover tire repairs, provided that you follow our Terms of Service and adhere to traffic laws. You’ll be covered as long as the flat tire isn’t caused by actions like driving on it while it’s flat, causing more damage, or failing to report the incident.
