BeeChill fee can cover accidental interior damage, as long as the damage wasn’t intentional, and you inform us about the incident right away. We understand that accidents happen, and we’re here to help.
However, the BeeChill fee does not cover the damages caused by things like smoking, excessive trash, or spills that require dry cleaning. For these situations, a cleaning fee will apply. For more details, please check our Pricelist.
With CityBee, you can easily request a refund right in the app – no need to send emails or fill out forms.
How it works
Open the app, go to the menu, find Trip history, choose your trip, and tap Refund.
Select what the refund is for – fuel, AdBlue, parking, or your trip experience.
Add the required information.
For fuel, AdBlue, or parking – upload a photo of the receipt.
For trip experience – write a short explanation.
Check that everything is filled in and submit your request. Once it’s sent, you’ll see a confirmation message and the request will appear in the Help section. You can also follow the progress of your request in the Help section. Any updates or replies from our Support team will be shown there.

Please note that refunds can only be made to a bank account in the name of the CityBee profile owner who made the reservation.
When you refill a bee with a fuel level less than 25% volume of the tank capacity, a 2 EUR discount will be added to your account for future trips.
ATTENTION! Discount for refueling the car is applied only when the fuel drops to 1/4 volume of the tank capacity and you need to fill a full tank. The discount is given just once during your trip.
❗The discount will be added to your account within about an hour after the refueling.

A minimum fee will still be charged if the trip is less than it. Discounts will be applied after that.

In that case, we recommend purchasing a pre-paid trip package. Before starting your trip, you can choose whether you want to use a subscription plan trip or buy a pre-paid package. You can select from available packages or create your own.
If you’d like to use the car-sharing service, you’ll need to confirm the validity of your driver’s license.
You can do this in just a few minutes by following the steps in the ‘CityBee’ app. Open the app, choose Add driver’s license and enter your driver license number.
We now offer several ways to confirm your license:
Smart-ID or Mobile-ID
Available for users whose driver’s license can be verified through these electronic identification methods.
Uploading photos
If you prefer pictures, you can complete the process by taking a few photos directly in the app. You’ll be asked to:
1) Take a selfie;
2) Take a selfie while holding your driver’s license;
3) Take a photo of the front side of the document.
Whichever method you choose, please make sure your document is valid and undamaged. When taking photos ensure good lighting and that document is removed from any cover or case so your document number, personal identification number, and personal photo can be clearly seen.
Note: We accept only photocard driver’s licenses.
All CityBee subscription plans are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If you do not use all the trips included in the plan within this period, the plan will not be automatically renewed, and no refunds will be given for unused trips.
The Night Reservation package lets you reserve a car in the evening, and it will be waiting for you until the morning – perfect if you need a car early the next day or just want peace of mind.
The package is available from Sunday to Thursday, and can only be purchased between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM. You’ll still see the package in the app during the day, but it will not be available for purchase outside of these hours.
❗If you already have an active reservation, you will still be able to purchase this package.
You can purchase only one Night Reservation package at a time.
To make sure you don’t miss it, you can set a reminder in the app – you’ll receive a push notification as soon as the Night package becomes available.
Here’s how it works:
Choose any car between 9 PM and 11 PM and select the Night Reservation package for just €4.99.
The car will be reserved for you overnight.
If you’re not planning to drive right away, you can come to the car when it suits you. Reservation will extend automatically.
During the 9-hour night reservation, you only pay for the kilometers driven – no minute charges apply.
After the 9 hours, regular minute and kilometer rates will apply
At least one payment card must be linked to a CityBee account. You can link more than one payment card and choose from which card you will be billed for services before each trip. It is important that the card type is VISA or MasterCard and that the secure internet shopping function is activated.
How do I activate the secure internet shopping function?
1. SEB: Log in to your internet bank and look for “Accounts and Cards” -> “Card List” in the menu bar at the top. You’ll see all of your cards that can be registered with the secure internet shopping programme. Next to the desired card in the options below, click on “Online Billing” and click “Enable”.
2. Swedbank: Log in to your internet bank and look for “Cards” -> “Secure internet shopping” in the menu bar on the left. You’ll see all of your cards that can be registered with the secure internet shopping programme. Select the desired card next to the note “Online Billing” and click “Enable”.
3. Šiaulių Bankas: Log in to your Internet bank and in the menu on the left, select “Cards” -> “Secure payment” -> select the payment card for which you want to activate the secure internet shopping and click “Register” -> enter the requested data and confirm it by pressing the “Enter and Sign” button -> soon the status of the card will change to “Registered”.
4. Luminor bank: Log in to your Internet bank and in the menu, select the item “Payment cards” -> select the payment card for which you want to activate the secure internet shopping and in the opened window click “Secure shopping service settings” -> select the “Order service” button -> enter the requested data, which the bank will show you later during the purchase -> click “Order service”.
5. Citadele bank: No additional activation of the secure internet shopping is required.
