Children must be carried in kids’ chairs. CityBee cars have kids’ chairs (you can see whether there is a chair in a selected car by clicking on the car icon on the map or using a filter and selecting the criteria “Cars with kids’ chairs”). Chairs are for older children, i.e. this is a raised seat without a backrest.
Road traffic rules warn that children under the age of 12 and not higher than 150 cm are allowed to sit in the front seat only in special seats adapted to their weight and height.
For safety reasons, CityBee cars only provide a group 2/3 booster cushion for children from 22-36 kg, aged 6 to 12 years, following the law.
The CityBee subscription is a test service. We are constantly looking for new ways to help our customers travel more affordably and conveniently. In planning the CityBee subscription, we considered the needs of our most active customers and decided to offer plans for the most common types of city trips, allowing customers to enjoy cost-effective travel without worrying about time. We will periodically evaluate the service’s activity and improve it as needed. All customer feedback and expectations are highly appreciated. If you had to pay for parking yourself, keep the receipt so we can reimburse you. To request a refund, follow this process.
BeeChill fee covers towing costs if the vehicle needs to be towed due to an accident—just make sure to inform us right away, and we’ll handle the rest.
However, the BeeChill fee does not cover towing costs in the following situations:
Running out of charge: If you discharge the EV battery, towing costs won’t be covered, as it’s your responsibility to ensure the vehicle has enough charge, just like with fuel in traditional cars.
Parking violations: If the vehicle is towed because of a traffic violation, such as parking in a restricted area, the fee will not cover the costs and you’ll be responsible for the towing charges.
In these cases, it’s important to follow traffic rules and keep an eye on the vehicle’s battery or fuel level to avoid extra costs. For more details, please refer to our Terms of Service or Pricelist.
Due to company policy, we are able to provide our services to customers who have Drivers licenses issued from one of these countries listed below.
If your country is not on the list – unfortunately, you will not be able to register.
Also, our system is unable to accept International Driver’s Permits/ Licenses.
