If You refueled at another gas station and paid for it, we will reimburse your expenses.
There are two possible reimbursement methods:
1. We can add the amount spent on fuel to Your CityBee account. In such a case, the money would be used to pay for Your trips, and when the money runs out, the process will continue as usual – reservations will be charged to Your bank account.
2. We can reimburse the money to the bank account linked to Your CityBee account.
In order to get a reimbursement, You need to:
If You are a natural person, You need to send the information below to us via email at info@citybee.lt
Trip ID (You can find the trip ID number only if You finished the ride if the ride is still ongoing write the license plate number);
The amount that You paid for the fuel;
Bank account number which is linked to Your CityBee account;
Photo of Your receipt;
Write what kind of reimbursement would like to get (CityBee credits or reimbursement to Your bank account).
If You are a legal person, You need to send the information below to us via email at info@citybee.lt
Name of Your company and the company code.
Information that You paid by Your own money and the company did not incur any loss;
Write Your name, surname, bank account number (If You would like to get the reimbursement to Your bank account);
Trip ID number;
Write the amount that You paid for the fuel;
Photo of Your receipt;
Write what kind of reimbursement would like to get (CityBee credits or reimbursement to Your bank account).

CityBee currently offers long-term car rentals. It can be any car from the CityBee fleet. Use is no different from a short-term CityBee rental, and all the benefits offered (insurance, fuel, washing) remain as well.
Yes. Children must be carried in kids’ chairs. CityBee cars have kids’ chairs (you can see whether there is a chair in a selected car by clicking on the car icon on the map or using a filter and selecting the criteria “Cars with kids’ chairs”). Chairs are for older children, i.e. this is a raised seat without a backrest.
Road traffic rules warn that children under the age of 12 and not higher than 150 cm are allowed to sit in the front seat only in special seats adapted to their weight and height.

Make sure the car is unlocked.
Take the car keys and find the charging coin (RFID key) attached (there are two coins: one for “IgnitisON” and one for “ElintaCharge”).
In case of charging at the “IgnitisON” charging station or “ElintaCharge” fast charging station:
Approach the charging station, scan the charging token, and choose “Stop Charging” (“Sustabdyti”).
Wait a few seconds until the charging process is fully stopped.
Gently unplug the cable from the vehicle and leave it at the charging station.
In case of charging the vehicle at a 2-slot “ElintaCharge” station:
Scan the charging token and wait for a few seconds until the word “Charging” on the station stops lightning.
Wait a few seconds until the charging process is fully stopped.
Gently unplug the cable from the charging station first and then unplug it from the CityBee vehicle.
Don’t leave the cable at a charger station, put the cable under the car’s middle seat.
If you cannot unplug the cable from the car easily, take the car keys and press the “Unlock” button twice again.
Pets can only be carried in cars in special pet transport boxes. Also, please make sure of the cleanliness and leave the car the way you would like to find it.
