Change of phone number

If you want to change your phone number in the CityBee app, please follow these steps:

Menu > My profile > Phone number. Specify the new phone number and enter the verification code, which you will receive as an SMS to the new phone number.

If you want to change the phone number registered in the CityBee app, but cannot access your profile in the app, please send us a request by e-mail, using the e-mail address you specified in your CityBee profile, and indicate your new phone number. We will change it upon request.

If you are unable to access the email inbox associated with your account, kindly get in touch with our customer support team for further assistance.

Attention! To protect Your account and to prevent fraud, while changing the phone number, we will remove Your driver‘s license and all Your attached payment cards. Add Your driver‘s license and payment card and You will be able to use the services again.

I get an error when logging in -“This email address has already been used”

You probably already have a CityBee account linked to this email but it has a different phone number. Contact us by e-mail or by phone and we will help you solve this issue.

Vans and zones thereof

Vans have their own parking zones, which are different from the ones for cars. Just tap the van icon in the app to see where you can go. The color-coding works the same way you’re used to:

– Clear zones – Park or end your trip here anytime, as long as you follow regular parking rules
– Yellow zones – These might add a small fee or give you a discount when you start or finish a trip. Tap the € symbol to check the exact amount for that zone
– Grey zones – No ending trips here, sorry!

The good news? You don’t have to bring the van back to where you picked it up. Any allowed van zone works.

One thing to keep in mind: Electric vans have their own special zones. If you plan to drive an electric van, make sure to select it in the app, that way you’ll only see their specific zones.

In Lithuania

If the car gets dirty during a long-term rental in Lithuania, we offer several options:

Go to the PRO BRO tunnel car wash and wash your car for free;

In Latvia

If the car gets dirty during a long-term rental in Latvia, please contact us by calling +371 27265460 and we will provide you further details.

In Estonia

If the car gets dirty during a long-term rental in Estonia, please contact us by +372 600 0160, Facebook or via email info@citybee.ee and we will provide you further details.

Account deletion

You can submit your request for the exercise of your rights (as far as your Account is concerned) to us in the following ways:

submitting a request at e-mail info@citybee.lt; info@citybee.lv; info@citybee.ee, from email that is registered in your CityBee account that you want to delete;

submitting a request by e-mail at info@citybee.lt; info@citybee.lv; info@citybee.ee, signed with qualified e-signature (e.g. by use of Smart-ID or M-signature);
In the CityBee app, by selecting Menu -> My profile -> Delete my account.

Can I purchase a new CityBee subscription plan if I use up my current one before these 30 days expire?

IN LITHUANIA:

During the MyBee car rental period, a subscription to PRO BRO Tunnel Car Wash Midi program is provided twice a month.

IN ESTONIA:

During the Mybee subscription period, you can wash your car 2 times a month at the “Jazz pesulad” car washes listed below.

The washing service is used on the basis of the car’s registration number, which is identified by the number recognition system in Jazz Pesulad.

To enter the car wash you need to wait operators signal.
