The CityBee subscription is a test service. We are constantly looking for new ways to help our customers travel more affordably and conveniently. In planning the CityBee subscription, we considered the needs of our most active customers and decided to offer plans for the most common types of city trips, allowing customers to enjoy cost-effective travel without worrying about time. We will periodically evaluate the service’s activity and improve it as needed. All customer feedback and expectations are highly appreciated. CityBee reserves the right to change the terms of the CityBee subscription at any time.
BeeChill fee can cover accidental interior damage, as long as the damage wasn’t intentional, and you inform us about the incident right away. We understand that accidents happen, and we’re here to help.
However, the BeeChill fee does not cover the damages caused by things like smoking, excessive trash, or spills that require dry cleaning. For these situations, a cleaning fee will apply. For more details, please check our Pricelist.
We offer prepaid trip packages that include fixed time with fixed kilometers.
By choosing prepaid packages, you will pay less than the usual fare with the same distance and time in the “pay as you go” option.
If you happen to exceed the kilometers and /or time included in the price of the package, you will be able to continue the journey safely.
After the prepaid package ends (mileage and time included are finished), you will be paying for additional minutes and/or kilometers as specified in the chosen package deal.
You can also continue your trip by purchasing one more additional prepaid package without completing the active reservation.
If you decide to end the trip before using the time and /or kilometers indicated on the prepaid package, this balance will not be refunded.
The price of the fixed prepaid package will be charged at the beginning of the trip and the price for the extra kilometers and/or time will be charged during or at the end of the journey, depending on the length of your trip.
A day mentioned in the trip packages is 24 hours.

Now you are able to customize the pre-paid packages yourself by selecting time and kilometers in the app. Choose the preferred duration of the package, then, select the number of kilometers you anticipate driving during that time. This way, you can tailor the pre-paid package to fit your specific needs and budget. Enjoy the flexibility and convenience of customizing your own package!
The subscription is ideal for anyone who regularly takes shorter trips (up to 10 km and 40 minutes) in the city with CityBee. Whether it’s just a few times or several trips a month, choose a subscription plan that fits your travel needs, save money, and enjoy additional benefits. However, if you typically take longer trips, we recommend selecting from a variety of trip packages that offer more cost-effective options for longer routes.
We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (BDAR) and other legal requirements.
In order to provide you with services and administer them, we process your name, contact details, other data required for the use and provision of the services. The CityBee Privacy Policy provides detailed information on the purpose of processing your personal data and the duration of storage thereof.
When using CityBee, you do not need to pay for the fuel – you will pay only for the time used and for kilometers driven.
When the fuel drops to 1/4 volume of the tank capacity, go to any Circle-K gas station in Lithuania and fuel the bee. Fill a full fuel tank and pay with the gas stations’ card which you will find in the CityBee car at the sun visor on the top of the driver’s side.
You will find the payment card PIN code and fuel type in the CityBee app after opening your active reservation.
Please note that this service is provided in Lithuania and Estonia.
As in a regular car, you need to turn the key or press a „Start engine“ button.
Important: It does not turn on until you properly put on a seatbelt.
Moreover, the engine is absolutely silent, so you won’t hear it turned on.
