You can refuel your CityBee at any Circle K station. Just open the app, check the map for the nearest station, and tap it for directions. When you get there, open the app, hit Refuel, and follow the simple steps. Want more info? See the full guide here.

From 07/01/2023 to 12/31/2025, there is no need to pay road user tax when driving commercial electric vehicles on main roads.
We offer prepaid trip packages that include fixed time with fixed kilometers.
By choosing prepaid packages, you will pay less than the usual fare with the same distance and time in the “pay as you go” option.
If you happen to exceed the kilometers and /or time included in the price of the package, you will be able to continue the journey safely.
After the prepaid package ends (mileage and time included are finished), you will be paying for additional minutes and/or kilometers as specified in the chosen package deal.
You can also continue your trip by purchasing one more additional prepaid package without completing the active reservation.
If you decide to end the trip before using the time and /or kilometers indicated on the prepaid package, this balance will not be refunded.
The price of the fixed prepaid package will be charged at the beginning of the trip and the price for the extra kilometers and/or time will be charged during or at the end of the journey, depending on the length of your trip.
A day mentioned in the trip packages is 24 hours.

Now you are able to customize the pre-paid packages yourself by selecting time and kilometers in the app. Choose the preferred duration of the package, then, select the number of kilometers you anticipate driving during that time. This way, you can tailor the pre-paid package to fit your specific needs and budget. Enjoy the flexibility and convenience of customizing your own package!
To change the CityBee self-service password, click on “I forgot/want to change my password” on the website . Once you’ve done that, enter your email address linked with your CityBee account in the box that appears. An email will be sent to your inbox with instructions explaining how to change your password.

The radar function in the CityBee app helps the user to be the first to know if any of the CityBee cars are nearby his location at a specific time chosen by the user.
The radar function icon can be found in the “Search” section of the app, to the left of the “Filter” icon. When you click on the icon and activate the radar, it will turn blue.
The minimum radar distance is 150 meters, the maximum – 1250 meters.
When activating the radar, you can choose between two options:
Notification without automatic reservation – when a CityBee car appears at the specified time and distance, the app will send a message to the user to inform them about it.
Automatic reservation – when a CityBee car appears at the specified time and distance, an automatic car reservation will be made by choosing the “Pay as you go” tariff. The tariff can be changed after car reservation. Car reservation remains free until the end of the free reservation period (15 min).
Additional information:
The radar function will be activated at the specified time and will remain active until you reserve your car. If the car is not available within 2 hours, the radar will switch off. The radar function detects only cars that are incoming in the current location of the user and chosen distance when the radar function is activated.
All CityBee subscription plans are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If you do not use all the trips included in the plan within this period, the plan will not be automatically renewed, and no refunds will be given for unused trips.
Once you reserve a car, you are able to keep it reserved for you 15 minutes for free. However, if you weren’t able to reach the car within 15 minutes and need additional time – you can easily extend your reservation through the app. Just click on Reservation and then select Extend.
The price for extended reservation costs as much as the time price for that specific car displayed in the price list.
The maximum duration of the extended reservation is 24 hours. If you do not unlock a car by selecting Unlock in the app within that period, the reservation will discontinue and you will be charged for the time used. You can cancel the extended reservation anytime. In this case, you will pay only for the used paid reservation time.
