CityBee currently offers long-term car rentals.
It can be any car from the CityBee fleet. Use is no different from a short-term CityBee rental, and all the benefits offered (insurance, fuel, washing) remain as well. When renting a car (s) for a longer period, we can offer having a private fleet (or car) that operates in the exact same manner as a regular CityBee service. Employees who have access to CityBee on behalf of the company would be able to reserve, unlock, and use cars the usual way. In such a case, the said cars would not be visible to our other users but the employees could easily share them. The rental of the car (s) would be invoiced in the same manner as in the second case.

Just reserve and unlock the same car like you normally would. You’ll have 5 free minutes to collect your stuff. Important: don’t turn on the ignition unless you’re planning to drive. If you stay longer than 5 minutes, you’ll automatically start a paid reservation.
After 24 hours, you can still find the car on our live map. If you donāt see your vehicle on the map, it may be in use by another customer at the moment. You can find available vehicles here:

The radar function in the CityBee app helps the user to be the first to know if any of the CityBee cars are nearby his location at a specific time chosen by the user.
The radar function icon can be found in the “Search” section of the app, to the left of the “Filter” icon. When you click on the icon and activate the radar, it will turn blue.
The minimum radar distance is 150 meters, the maximum – 1250 meters.
When activating the radar, you can choose between two options:
Notification without automatic reservation ā when a CityBee car appears at the specified time and distance, the app will send a message to the user to inform them about it.
Automatic reservation ā when a CityBee car appears at the specified time and distance, an automatic car reservation will be made by choosing the “Pay as you go” tariff. The tariff can be changed after car reservation. Car reservation remains free until the end of the free reservation period (15 min).
Additional information:
The radar function will be activated at the specified time and will remain active until you reserve your car. If the car is not available within 2 hours, the radar will switch off. The radar function detects only cars that are incoming in the current location of the user and chosen distance when the radar function is activated.

Lithuania:
Make sure the car is unlocked.
Take the car keys and find the charging coin (RFID key) attached (there are two coins: one for “IgnitisON” and one for “ElintaCharge”).
In case of charging at the “IgnitisON” charging station or “ElintaCharge” fast charging station:
Approach the charging station, scan the charging token, and choose “Stop Charging” (“Sustabdyti”).
Wait a few seconds until the charging process is fully stopped.
Gently unplug the cable from the vehicle and leave it at the charging station.
In case of charging the vehicle at a 2-slot “ElintaCharge” station:
Scan the charging token and wait for a few seconds until the word “Charging” on the station stops lightning.
Wait a few seconds until the charging process is fully stopped.
Gently unplug the cable from the charging station first and then unplug it from the CityBee vehicle.
Don’t leave the cable at the charging station, put the cable back in the car:
ā¢ In the case of the VW e-Crafter electric van – under the front center seat
ā¢ In the case of a passenger car – to the spare wheel space in the trunk.
If you cannot unplug the cable from the car easily, take the car keys and press the “Unlock” button twice again.
Estonia:
Make sure the car is unlocked
Take the ‘Eleport’ charging card from sun visor
To disconnect the charger in Eleport charging station:
Take the Eleport charging card and tap it on the reader
Press ”Stop Charging” (”LƵpeta laadimine”) – this process may take up to 30 seconds
Disconnect the charging cable from the car and put it back to the charger
When you refill a bee with a fuel level less than 25% volume of the tank capacity, a 2 EUR discount will be added to your account for future trips.
ATTENTION! Discount for refueling the car is applied only when the fuel drops to 1/4 volume of the tank capacity and you need to fill a full tank. The discount is given just once during your trip.
āThe discount will be added to your account within about an hour after the refueling.

A minimum fee will still be charged if the trip is less than it. Discounts will be applied after that.

To sign up, you need to download the CityBee app to your smart iOS or Android phone.
To register, enter the requested personal data and a valid telephone number to verify signing up.
The final step is to link a payment card to your CityBee account.
If you want to use a car-sharing service, you must confirm your driving licenseās validity. You can do it just in a few minutes by following the instructions in the app!
Please note that this service is provided in Lithuania and Estonia.
Every single CityBee electric vehicle has a different mileage which also heavily depends on the current season (i.e. the mileage is increased when the temperature is +15Ā°C rather than when it’s -10Ā°C):
Volkswagen e-Crafter: warm Summer – 130 km, cold winter – <85 km;
Peugeot e-2008: warm summer in the city ~300 km, out of the city ~220 km; cold winter in the city ~200 km, out of the city ~160 km.
Fiat 500e: warm summer in the city – 240km, out of the city – 180km, cold winter in the city – 190km, out of the city – 140km
For exact mileage, please take a look at the vehicle’s computer screen after having driven it for at least 5 km.
If you want to change your phone number in the CityBee app, please follow these steps:

Menu > My profile > Phone number. Specify the new phone number and enter the verification code, which you will receive as an SMS to the new phone number.
If you want to change the phone number registered in the CityBee app, but cannot access your profile in the app, please send us a request by e-mail, using the e-mail address you specified in your CityBee profile, and indicate your new phone number. We will change it upon request.
If you are unable to access the email inbox associated with your account, kindly get in touch with our customer support team for further assistance.
Attention! To protect Your account and to prevent fraud, while changing the phone number, we will remove Your driverās license and all Your attached payment cards. Add Your driverās license and payment card and You will be able to use the services again.
