Every single CityBee electric vehicle has a different mileage which also heavily depends on the current season (i.e. the mileage is increased when the temperature is +15°C rather than when it’s -10°C):

Volkswagen e-Crafter: warm Summer – 130 km, cold winter – <85 km;

Peugeot e-2008: warm summer in the city ~300 km, out of the city ~220 km; cold winter in the city ~200 km, out of the city ~160 km.

For exact mileage, please take a look at the vehicle’s computer screen after having driven it for at least 5 km.

On what basis are you still processing my personal data, even though I have requested that it be deleted?

Even after the termination of our contract, the General Data Protection Regulation (BDAR) gives us the right, while other legislation obliges us to keep information about the contract and its performance. Therefore, we will store your personal data from 3 months to 10 years after the termination of the contract.

The CityBee Privacy Policy provides detailed information on the purpose of processing your personal data and the duration of storage thereof.

How long does it take to charge electric car (In Lithuania only)?

Please note that this service is provided in Lithuania only.

Depending on the model and the charging station type, the time varies:

Fast charging stations (50+kW) – 0-80% in 45 min (VW e-Crafter) or 1h 10 min (Peugeot e-2008);
AC charging stations (11 kW) – 0-80% in 3.5h (VW e-Crafter) or 4.5h (Peugeot e-2008);
Home charging from domestic electric 220V socket – 0-80% in 14h (VW e-Crafter) or 20h (Peugeot e-2008).

2 EUR gift for refueling

When you refill a bee with fuel level less than 25% volume of the tank capacity, a 4 EUR gift will be added to your account for future trips.

ATTENTION! Discount for refuelling the car is applied only when the fuel drops to 1/4 volume of the tank capacity and you fill a full tank. The gift is given just once during your trip.

Is it possible to have a separate CityBee fleet for our company?

When can we request an advance payment for a long-term car reservation?

In case:

1. A new customer and we have absolutely no customer payment history or the customer’s driving habits have changed (e.g. all trips were short-term and in small amounts, and now the car is used for a long-term).

2. The customer’s creditworthiness is extremely poor, so for credit risk management purposes, we may ask for an advance payment.

3. There were not enough funds for payment (we can ask you to leave the car).

What are the rates for business customers?

Fees for business customers are the same as for individuals.

Before starting the trip, each company employee added to the CityBee business profile will have the option to choose between prepaid packages or “pay as you go” option.

Pay as you go – the kilometers traveled and the time used shall be paid during or at the end of the journey, depending on the length of your trip.

The minimum trip price is € 1.50 and is deducted when the car is unlocked.
If the cost of the trip is more than 1.50 €, the remaining amount will be deducted at the end of the trip.

Prepaid package – fixed price for fixed time and mileage.
